Returns Policy

Items purchased through can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received, it usually takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-10 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. 

If you return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full standard postage cost once your return is processed.

For returned unopened and unwanted goods, you will receive a refund less the postage costs. Return postage will be at your own expense. To guarantee that your returned item(s) reach us please use signed for mail services, as we can only process a refund for products that we receive, undamaged by postal services.

We are unable to refund open products by the customer if you change your mind.
