What delivery options do you offer?

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery - 2 to 4 business days - £4.95
  • Express Delivery - 1 to 3 business days - £6.99

International Delivery 

  • Europe Standard International - 2 to 7 business days - £11.00
  • UAE Standard International - 2-11 business days - £29.00
  • Rest of World Standard International - 3 - 17 business days - £11.00
  • *While we do our best to meet these time frames, during busy periods there may be some changes and deliveries may take longer. There may also be situations, (including but not exclusive to poor weather conditions, custom delays, local postal delays and tech updates) which result in a longer delivery. For changes and updates please make sure to check your tracking.
  • Please note that for orders outside of the UK, import duties and customs may be due and are the customers responsibility to pay. These are paid directly to international carriers and cannot be refunded by byellie if the order is returned. 

Do you deliver to the US? 

Please note that online delivery to the United States is currently unavailable due to customs restrictions - we are working hard to restart delivery to this market. For now please join our waitlist and visit Amazon.com to purchase our best selling products.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes you can, if your selected postal service provides order tracking, this can be found with your order confirmation. 

Can you rush my order?

Express Delivery 24 Hour service is available in the UK (if ordered before 2PM Monday-Thursday, please note that if you order next day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday).

Please note: Our next working day service is available for UK mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Highlands and Islands. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

What happens if nobody is in when my order is delivered?

Our couriers will make attempts to deliver your parcel or alternatively may leave your parcel in a safe place that is convenient for you to collect. It may not always be possible for our couriers to meet exact dates or times however we will do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible. If our couriers have attempted to deliver your parcel after and failed this will then be sent back to us and you will be refunded. If you’re an international customer and no one is home during delivery then your parcel may also be left with a neighbour, in a safe place or alternatively, with your local post office.

Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?

Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for orders within the UK.

Can I get my order delivered to a PO Box address?

Yes, you can have your order delivered to a PO Box Address.
