What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

Do you allow accelerated payment methods for express checkouts?

You can checkout quickly using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. However, express checkouts will not allow you to enter Discount Codes. To use Discount Codes, use standard checkout.

Do you sell gift cards?

Our gift cards will be launched in Spring 2022. If you buy one of our e-gift cards, this is only valid to use online and will be sent to you electronically via email.

How do I purchase a gift card?

When they become available our gift cards can be purchased through this BYELLIE’s online shop. To purchase one online you simply add it into your basket like you would a normal product. Once you have completed at checkout you will receive an order confirmation with your gift card confirmation within 24 hours.

Why haven't I received my gift card?

When they become available your gift card should appear in your emails within 24 hours of purchasing. If you have still not received it, please email us at beauty@byellie.co.uk or by using the form on our Contact page.

I've lost my gift card can I get a replacement?

When they become available, if you give us an email at beauty@byellie.co.uk we’ll be able to advise you further on this.

Do you offer student discount?

This will be available in Spring 2022.

Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?

No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.
