 We would like to address an important issue regarding the labelling of our byellie Lip Balm. Recently, we updated the formulation of our Lip Balm by including Lanolin to provide our customers with an even more nourishing and hydrating product. It has come to our attention that our new packaging of this product mistakenly indicates that it is vegan. We deeply regret this error and want to clarify that this product is not, in fact, vegan.

We understand the importance of accurate labelling, especially for those with dietary restrictions or ethical concerns. We are taking immediate steps to correct this issue, including updating the product packaging and reviewing our internal processes to prevent similar mistakes in the future.
